Practice Equipment Fund

We are most indebted to those patients who contribute to funds for the practice. Any contributions received go towards the cost of adding to or replacing essential medical equipment for the sole benefit of our patients.

Freedom Of Information - Publication Scheme

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the ‘classes’ of information the practice intends to routinely make available. This scheme is available from reception.

Family First Aid Kit

This is a list of inexpensive but useful medicines for minor illnesses.
Keep them in a locked box or cupboard out of the reach of children.
